Growing Gaming Communities

Leaving the Military can be tough. Some service leavers turn to gaming networks when looking for their new tribe. We are building online and face-to-face gaming communities, so that our members have access to an always-on community.

Enabling Support Networks

At UK Veterans Gaming we are building welcoming online gaming communities built by veterans for veterans. We are supporting gaming-based fundraising for veterans’ support charities and have signposting available for anyone who thinks they need professional help.

Developing Competitive Teams

Several UVG Esports Teams are already competing in leagues and we plan to add more as our membership grows.

Facilitating Gaming Events

UVG runs online events through Twitch and participates in major LAN events such as Enclave. We are looking at expanding to include regional live meet-ups as the community grows.

Welcome to UK Veterans Gaming

Formally registered in September 2023 after a 6-month soft-launch, the UK Veterans Gaming C.I.C. is connecting veterans through gaming.

Through word of mouth and development of several active communities, it is now the largest known Discord dedicated to serving UK veterans with over 500 members.

Serving the UK Veteran Community

We operate on a 'build-it-and-they-will-come' approach and provide the framework for veterans to launch and grow communities, teams and comradeship through gaming.

UVG has active communities for Call-of-Duty, Escape from Tarkov, Battlefield, Sim Racing, League of Legends, Arma Reforger, and is growing communities in many more games. Our League of Legends Team is competing successfully in the UK Defence Masters League, and we have links to veteran teams in Australia, US, and Canada.
